Here’s a look at some of the hands-on work we've completed in collaboration with BTWtuning and independently. Our work spans scanning, reverse engineering, part validation, and full vehicle calibration — grounded in real motorsport and high-performance environments.

Turbo Kit Development – 2020 Toyota Supra

Scope: Full teardown and assembly of a Boost Logic single-turbo kit on a Toyota Supra A90 platform. Scanned surrounding engine bay geometry, verified fitment of downpipe and charge pipe routing, and worked alongside BTWtuning for calibration.

Manifold & Turbo Clearance Assessment

Scope: 3D scanning used to analyze fitment of custom manifolds and turbocharger placement. Identified tight clearances between fittings, optimized mounting points, and communicated visually with the fabrication team using annotated reference photos.

Track-Tested Calibration Support

Scope: After final install, BTWtuning performed ethanol-based ECU calibration. Elewa Engineering supported with real-world data review, log diagnostics, and video documentation of performance validation.

Prototyping: Custom 3D Printed Charge Pipe Segment

Scope: Designed and printed a multi-section prototype using PETG. Used STL previews to verify pathing and simulate airflow routing before committing to final material build.
