Below are select projects where Elewa Engineering and BTWtuning have collaborated to support high-performance development, prototyping, and calibration for client vehicles. These projects reflect hands-on engineering work, not just theory.

2020 Toyota Supra – Engine Bay Scan + STL File Generation

Scope: Performed full engine bay 3D scan to support development of an aftermarket intake manifold and charge pipe. Delivered dimensionally accurate STL files used for digital fitment testing and part design.

Result: Files were used by multiple builders to validate clearance without test fitting. Saved time and cost in early R&D phases.

BMW B58 Platform – Fuel Line and Turbo Fitment Analysis

Scope: Scanned the turbo-side area of a B58 engine to help diagnose fuel line clearance issues with an upgraded turbo kit. Delivered scan data with overlay notes for potential interference areas.

Result: Enabled customer and BTWtuning to finalize a revised turbo support bracket without requiring in-person test fits.

BTWtuning GTR Client – Remote E85 Calibration + Monitoring Support

Scope: BTWtuning handled full ECU calibration for a Nissan GT-R customer running upgraded turbos and ethanol. Elewa Engineering provided logging analysis and CAN signal reference support during remote sessions.

Result: Delivered a clean, reliable map that achieved the customer’s power targets and ran repeatably under track conditions.

Supra A90 – Prototype Intake Testing Using 3D Printed Models

Scope: Designed and printed intake mockups in PETG for pre-fitment before carbon fiber production. Used STL data from prior scans to test multiple revisions without touching the vehicle.

Result: Allowed client to finalize final production geometry and confirm fit without delays or cutting into OEM parts.
